  • Does progress happiness to you?
    It feels like it. Dennis feels happy when things are moving forward. He doesn't believe in an end goal to get some where. Happiness is doing just a little bit everyday.

  • Introduction to Holacracy
    Holacracy is often appealing for early stage startups. They hear about the sophisticated and nuanced processes for organizing and reorganizing their work. ... They say Holacracy empowers people by taking people out of the organization systems, doing away with managers so people work on the organization not each other.

  • Was Convert's end goal to become an Optimizely or Omniture (Adobe Marketing Cloud)?
    Yes, in many ways Dennis wanted to raise money and become a lot larger. Then Dennis discovered that may not be the right path for him. His SaaS startup for ab testing and personalization is now more about having a great team than it is raising money or being the next unicorn.  

  • The Intrapreneurs' Journey
    Being an intrapreneur provides you with the opportunity to see if entrepreneurship is the right fit for you without the risks of leaving your job, investing your own money, and starting from the ground up. You can test the waters with a safety net while having access to more resources and a larger platform.

  • Limiting Beliefs - Are You Worth Your Value? 
    Dennis was very reluctant to pay himself well while his startup would grow. This makes sense in the early stages but even though his startup was successful and had the money was in the bank, Dennis was struggling and was always worried about paying his mortgage.

    Paras started Wingify in early 2009 to enable businesses design and deploy great customer experiences for their websites and apps. 


  • Peep Laja - Founder of CXL and Copytesting
    Created the best blog for conversion Peep is a former champion of experimentation and optimization turned business builder. Now he grows a portfolio of startup companies. 

  • Simo Ahava - Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics Expert
    He is a Google Developer Expert for Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. This is a blog all about web analytics development.
